Valerie A. Leopold is the founder of Leopold & Associates, LLC. For the last 23 years she has successfully represented clients in complicated medical malpractice and product liability cases. After graduating summa cum laude from Harvard Law School, Ms. Leopold spent five years at Kirkland & Ellis representing major corporations in defending injury and product liability cases, as well as doing complex civil corporate litigation. In 1983 she became a named partner with Levy, Leopold & Associates, P.C. and turned her attention towards helping individuals in asserting their rights against large and powerful organizations.
Through all of these years, Valerie has developed a deep commitment to helping the underrepresented in cases that involve wrongful death, birth injuries, brain damage, medical misdiagnoses and many other types of lawsuits. Ms. Leopold has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured people. Instructor of practicing lawyers and law students in trial skills for the national Institute of Trial Advocacy, De Paul University School of Law, and Loyola Law School Child Advocacy Program.
